De acuerdo con el artículo 270.1 del Texto Refundido, son créditos con privilegio especial: “Los créditos garantizados con hipoteca legal o voluntaria, inmobiliaria o inmobiliaria, o con prenda de desplazamiento, sobre los bienes o derechos hipotecados o pignorados”....
